This beautiful mixed metal necklace features a hammered gold vermeil heart sword pendant which I have hung from a rare aged silver ball and link chain. The sword heart pendant is created with a high quality hand cast bronze base with matte gold overlay. Midway I've attached a lovely vintage Virgin Mary charm to the bead chain. The hammered gold sword pendant is contrasted with a metal bead chain which I have hand aged to a dark finish. I then meticulously hand polish each bead which is followed up up a special wax I use to retain the finish. I love how the gold "pops" against the metal bead chain. The necklace is finished with a hand aged sterling silver spring clasp, a short extension chain and a gold brass cross charm. 18" length with adjustable chain.
