I bought a pair of these earrings 9 years ago with matching necklace & another turquoise necklace & wear them a lot and get so many compliments about them. Sadly I lost one earring and contacted Jen to see if she could make me 1 to match or a new pair. She asked me to send the one but it had lost some of its oxidation & she made me a brand new pair and gave me a discount . I have bought jewelry from a couple of other sellers on Etsy but it does not match up to the quality or design that Via Love offers- Jen is a true artisan & has amazing customer service.
